We are seeking highly motivated Appointment Setters to engage potential customers and schedule high-quality appointments between property owners in storm-damaged areas and our NIRC Certified Contractors.

This Is A High Outbound Call Volume Position Where You'll Be Making Calls All Day*

Please note that this position requires outbound calling, warm calling, and the ability to generate appointments for our sales agent.

🔹Key Responsibilities:
✔ High-Volume Outbound Calls – Engage commercial and residential property owners to schedule appointments.
✔ Phone Sales & Lead Generation – Convert warm and cold leads into quality appointments.
✔ CRM & Tracking – Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales progress.
✔ Overcoming Objections – Confidently handle objections and provide detailed information on services.
✔ Collaboration – Work closely with team leads to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified appointments.
✔ Continuous Learning – Enhance performance through coaching, training, and feedback.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✅ 3+ years of experience in phone sales, cold calling, or appointment setting
✅ Experience in real estate or solar cold calling (preferred)
✅ Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
✅ Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
✅ CRM proficiency to manage leads and track performance
✅ Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
