This Is A High Outbound Call Volume Position Where You'll Be Making Calls All Day*

      ✔ Phone Sales & Lead Generation – Convert warm and cold leads into quality appointments.

      ✔ CRM & Tracking – Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales progress.

      ✔ Overcoming Objections – Confidently handle objections and provide detailed information on services.

      ✔ Collaboration – Work closely with team leads to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified appointments.

      ✔ Continuous Learning – Enhance performance through coaching, training, and feedback.

    • 🔹 What We’re Looking For:

      ✅ 3+ years of experience in solar appointment setting or phone sales

      ✅ Proven ability to generate high-quality solar appointments

      ✅ Experience using CRM systems to manage leads

      ✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      ✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

      ✅ Strong ability to engage and persuade potential customers
